Lil’ Hustler Tackle Co was founded in 1968 in Oklahoma by
Roy Whittington. Roy began his dream of bring a quality
bait into the industry as most businesses, in his home.
He continued this quest for over thirty years. In June of
2000 with the desire to bring an American made premium product
to market we decided to acquire this Oklahoma founded company.
We here at Lil’ Hustler believe we are holding true to Roy
original vision by introducing a premium spinnerbait, the
Escort Tournament Series Spinnerbait is a fish head style
bait with a multi layered fishlike finish, molded eyes,
top of the line ball bearing swivel, skirts as well as premium
hooks and premium gold, silver copper as well as matching
painted blades.
The Lil’ Hustler Pro Model Jig with a unique design style
head has already acquired a proven place in the tackle box,
with unbelievable action and hooksetting ease. Following
the pitching jig, Lil’ Hustler has introduced the Lil’ Jiggle
finesse jig which you need when the fish are finicky. Also,
the Lil’ Hustler Swim Jig, with a style and design for the
fisherman that desires to offer that big one a different
presentation.
In 2003, we introduced “The THUMPER” which is a buzzbait
with a 3 inch blade which can be slow rolled for a different
presentation then most on the market. Rounding out the buzzbait
line, the Okie Twister with its counter rotating blade combination
and the Viper with a four blade noise making combination.
Lil’ Hustler, with success in the bass fishing field has
decided for 2005 to introduce our self to the Musky fisherman
with our premium quality bait. We have introduced a musky
size “Escort Spinnerbait” with an 8/0 premium hook in 1oz,
11/4 oz and 11/2 oz.. We are now braking ground with a fish
head style swim jig, “ Super Swim ”, just add your desired
trailer. We believe you will be more then satisfied with
this new jig. Lil’ Hustler has not stopped with these new
musky baits but we believe the new Lil’ Hustler In Line
will be a staple for the Musky angler.
